I am very pleased with the Landata service, both the online database which is comprehensive and the Customer Service team. I received excellent service, the Customer Service team is very helpful (providing me with a step-by-step searching guide) and they responded quickly to each of my queries.I am happy to recommend them to anyone interested in property title searches

very unhelpful, just a simple and small issue, they will ask you to pay in order to confirm the info, but it is their obligation to giving the correct information. I have found 1 unit, showing the land size its title office different with city council stated. So wire. Therefore, I requested the verify, but I have to pay, it is not my land.

Very cooperative and friendly when we had an issue actually caused by Australia Post, we worked through it together for a positive outcome. I have had other dealings with them and they have been supportive and usually friendly.

Rubbish and very rude. Very much unhelpful and really makes you wonder why you bother doing an electronic transfer if it takes 7 days. It all seems like a joke to them when they're dealing with real people's lives.

The online ordering problem was very easy. But I made an error with my email and got no Instrument.Once I realised it was my mistake I called Landata. Within a minute I was on to Kelly who courteously solved the issue and emailed my instrument.Well done. Great service.

Superb customer service from the VLRS / LANDATA Team. I had been searching the web without success for over a week then I came across their website. In less than 24 hours, they responded to my request, supplied me with what I had asked for (and more) and followed up with me afterwards. Google needs to add a sixth star for service this good! Used to be able to access land information FREE from land.vic.gov.au, now you have to deal with this mob. They charge for everything. It's digital information that was gathered by the government and sold to you, now you think you have the right to charge us for our own information. What a crock, another privatisation success, pay more for less!I just want to see if the house/land I'm interested in buying is on a flood plain.
