Zoe at YHD (and all her team) has been extremely supportive and committed to helping us achieve our dream, as we embark on our extensive home renovation at Nelson Bay. Nothing is ever a problem for Zoe and she is very patient when we ask for clarification or changes.She is a true professional and clearly knows her craft. Zoe has the innate ability to see beyond the “four walls” presented to her (renovation project). Zoe was able to design a home for us which met all our practical requirements, simultaneously creating a beautiful design in line with the mood boards we had presented to her during the process . Zoe's creativity and love of design is obvious - she is innovative and fabulous to work with.With the help of YHD, the council approval process was seamless and we can’t wait to make our house a reality in 2020.

We just want to call out how happy we are with Jess. Her strengths are not to resort to the “ Interior design” manual and ask you what “style” you prefer (we couldn’t answer that question). She listens to what is important to you and then offers solutions always checking back if the direction is right. She is genuinely interested and goes to great lengths to research options. Getting out of the tile shop in one hour was a highlight for me! Thanks Jess and Zoe!
