Cedars Christian College

Been involved with Cedars over 15 years, it's been consistently good. My children needed varied help as children do, and Cedars response to those needs resulted in a positive outcome. I am thankful for it's place in our family's life. Highly recommend.

A great school, I'd recommend it to anyone. My kids moved there a couple of years ago and are happy (feel cared for), obviously learning lots but still held to account. I'd like to acknowledge and thank the dedicated teachers and staff.

Our son started Prep at Cedars Christian College this year. It is our family's first experience in a childcare setting and we have nothing but positive feedback to provide. Our son has adapted so well, and is thriving in the welcoming, nurturing, playful and educational environment provided by the Early Learning Centre. We have noticed such progress in a short amount of time, both socially and emotionally. Each day after school he is excited to tell us about a new friend he has made, or something new he has learnt, or just a conversation he's had with the educators. All of the educators have made the transition so positive, and I feel completely comfortable and confident trusting them with my son's well being.

I have two girls in primary school at Cedars. The oldest was super shy when she started & the younger one didn't want to leave me. The teachers have been very kind & nurturing with them. It has been the best thing for them. Their confidence has grown so much since they started. I was so proud to see my girls performing on the stage at the end of year assembly with confidence and big smiles.

Cedars is a wonderful caring and unique school. Not only does it have have excellent facilities and beautiful school grounds, but the academic standards are very high and they encourage each student to achieve their very best. The staff are extremely kind and supportive and the whole school has a community feeling. We are extremely grateful that our children are able to attend Cedars and give it our highest recommendation to other prospective students and their families.

Cedars is the best school for my kids. The teachers are caring and nurturing while also encouraging to them help go further with their education.

All of my children have attended this school. It is a great place for them to learn, to be challenged and encouraged. The teachers are keen to see the children become the best that they can be. And the office staff are kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

When the time came to select a school for our two boys, my husband and I spent many hours considering the various options throughout the Illawarra. The minute we set foot on the Cedars campus for a tour, we knew we had found something special.Having had our two boys now go through the Prep program, I can say ‘hand on heart’ that you will not find an environment more dedicated and ‘purpose built’ to supporting and guiding your child through those imperative first years of learning and development.The Prep staff are devoted and passionate about supporting each child to learn and grow, and do so with such kindness, warmth, and gentle encouragement. I can't praise Cedars Christian College highly enough. Both of my boys have been attending since Prep, which is 10 years ago for my eldest, and they have thrived there. It's a wonderful school with a warm, nurturing community. One of the things I noticed immediately was how much the teachers actually genuinely care for their students. What a blessing it is to have this school in our local area.

My kids both attend Cedars. Its a great school for kids to grow and develop in a safe environment, with great teachers and leadership. They really do inspire learning, develop leaders and equip the kids for success!Awesome Early Learning Centre for the Prep offering a really nice space for the kids, teachers and space for speech pathologist, occupational therapist and school psychologist. Plenty of space outside too for play time and outside classes.New futsal field nearing completion too. A real winner!
