Spent a lovely four nights here. Huge thanks to Sarah and Simon for their hospitality and ensuring our stay was a memorable one. With two little kids (3.5yo + 15mths), we thoroughly enjoyed the farm tour and animal encounter. Highly recommend for families as a little farm stay. The lodges are well designed, clean and comfortable. Loved waking up to the serene countryside (with the geese and ducks saying good morning). Then enjoying the sunset and starting up the fire to roast marshmallows and star gaze at night. Just perfect. We will definitely be back and telling our friends!

We've just had the most relaxing, magical stay at Pinbarren. Farmer Sarah and Farmer Simon were great hosts and our 4 and 6yo's had a wonderful time. Highlights were the kid-friendly kayaks and animal tour. Definitely worth going with a few families and booking all three cabins to have it all to yourselves.

We were a little worried about our farm stay because the weather had predicted rain. But we rebooked after being there half an hour! its an amazing place even if its raining! it was so relaxing and the countryside is second to none. Sarah and Simon are such nice welcoming people, that will go that extra mile to make sure you are having a great stay. Both my daughters (Primary and high school age) loved it! the horse riding is great value for money and both girls had horse rides (even tho they hadn't been riding before or very little experience) then there is all the other animals and the kayaking! on this holiday you really can do as much as you like or as little as you like, its simply perfect and only 2 hours away, its our new yearly school holiday treat. If I could give more than 5* I would!

We had a great stay for 2 nights here with family and friends. The kids had a ball, they loved the animals and the open space to play, and the adults were able to relax and catch up around a fire at night. The cabins were clean and well kept, and the owners Simon and Sarah were very friendly and helpful if we needed anything.

A quiet country farm stay less than half an hour from Noosa.Our girls loved the space, the freedom, the dam and the free kayaks.We all enjoyed the farm tour, feeding donkeys, Shetland ponies, sheep, geese, alpacas, chickens and horses.And to top off the tour, the girls found some fresh eggs in the hen house and we scrambled them for breakfast. Yum!Well done Sarah and Simon (and stealthy Eddie!) for your hard work on the property, your warm welcome, friendly tour and banter and for the extra little touches, such as free firewood for our personal fire pit and a bottle of bubbles to celebrate a rainy weekend away.

Could not fault this place. Best holiday we have had. The hosts Sarah and Simon were simply incredible. We felt so relaxed and at home. There are miniature horses, ponies, horses, sheep, goats, chickens and geese as well as alpacas. Horse riding for our little one was fantastic, and the cabin was equip with everything you could possibly want. Great fire pit for the evening where you can roast marshmallows and have a wine. Close to Pomona and Kinn Kinn if you need anything- but you really won’t want to leave. Kudos to Sarah and Simon for creating such an amazing experience. The animal tour was especially popular and wasn’t at an extra cost.Great Location and cabin! Clean, cosy and well equip

What a little slice of heaven this place was! So relaxing and peaceful, but enough space and activities to keep the little ones entertained. Thoroughly enjoyed waking up to the family of ducks and geese that live on the farm waddling past! Sarah and Simon made us feel like family and the animal tour was incredible. All the animals are very lucky to have such a wonderful home. Thank you for having us, we will definitely be back!

This place is so chill. We really like it, very safety for little young one, there are so many animals in this farm, Sarah and Simon were so kind and friendly to show us around their farm, feed the animals, so much fun. The cabin was so clean and well maintained. Feel like a home. We had a lovely weekend here. Definitely will come again.

Well-run, exceptionally clean, cozy, thoroughly enjoyable lodges for families with young children. Run by an experienced and kind family from the UK, former pub owners. Fantastic access to nature and the on site farm animals, and the surrounding Noosa Hinterlands holiday towns. Well worth it, highly recommended for young families.

If you are looking for a farm stay search no further, you have found it. We are a family of 4 ,2 boys under 5 and they had an absolute ball. On leaving my 4 year old said his next birthday wish was to come back here !!! Simon and Sarah are attentive but unintrusive hosts and made it feel like home away from home. The cabins are well equipped and have toys / board games for the kids. The countryside is idyllic and the farm itself has lots of friendly animals. Loved our stay and will be back.
