If you have a mental illness, be prepared to be discriminated against.. As soon as my lease was up and I vacated I was treated completely different. So if you'd like to be spoken down to and like to beg for someone to stop talking to you nastily/rudley after having said multiple times u are mentally unwell, then it's the best place for you!Be careful who you deal with here! Very very careful.

Absoulotley disgraceful when we have to move out thet decide than that they actually want to fix things i had called them 3 months ago or more when my shower had shattered and they told me it would be fixed they than had decided to get a shower curtain and just today they are actually replacing it i will never go through this real estate again actually the worst ive ever rented through not to mention how rude a certain staff member has been the whole time. If there was an option of zero stars thats what i would give them!!

-10 is my rating.If you are a landlord, do not go through these agents. My partner and I have experienced terrible service and lack of respect from this company. They Sign up tenants without first running it by us. Verbal abuse over the phone when we Question why information is not being passed on to us about perpective tenants. Having the agent speak down to my partner even after we informed her that his father had just past the day before. Then having the owner send abrasive emails and Nasty phone conversations instead of rectifying issues. There is 0 customer service 0 effective marketing strategies an 0 manners. I have never experienced anything like it as a landlord and a professional. Then having an agent refer to me as a dog when we requested our keys back. Do not use these people if you want respect and service.

Tries to blame the tenants for damage that was already there or that's classed as wear and tear thats no fault to the tenant what so ever. All so that they can keep the bond. Would never go through them again.

Requested my personal and VERY private information only to email me Sorry the property is under application" the following day. What a joke. If the property I applied for was under application

Bj Bennett have been working with me to obtain a rental property in Morwell. I have been afforded excellent service throughout this testing time in my life. I have nothing but praise for their service.

Do you like having maintenance requests ignored, unanswered discrepancies in your rent owing, or having to chase up multiple times to have someone send a simple email? Then B.J. Bennett is the real estate for you.It's pretty telling that they need any help they can get as far as reviews go when they leave a 4 star review up that is for a restaurant and not the real estate.

Worst Real Estate for renters out there. They will NEVER side with you even if the Landlord is breaking the law!!! 9 years personal experience says stay away...try everywhere but here!

I had terrible service from this real-estate over the phone. Was treated and spoken to like a piece of trash, despite the fact I was only inquiring about purchasing a property. I ultimately decided to buy another house through a different agency purely based on customer service.I have noticed in the reviews others have had similar experiences. To tenants having trouble with getting their bond back, remember you can always dispute the case through VCAT. It seems this agency is so unorganised and arrogant that they most likely won't even bother after an official claim and will just return your bond.I do not reccomend this agency!
