Em, Iain and all the other staff are full of knowledge and tips & tricks of the trade that will make you feel that you can go out into the world and be ready for work. I went there to enquire about the cert iii in pet grooming and the lady i spoke to was amazing. Her name was Nichole and she was really kind, friendly and informative. One of the best person I have ever talked to. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who cares about their dog. The staff there are amazing
