Great gym! Very friendly and helpful staff. Has heaps of equipment including stuff which seems pretty new and love that there is a separate room which can be used for workouts that don’t need machines. Gym is very clean and pleasant to be in any time of day. Haven’t tried any of the classes but I’ve heard they’re great and nice to have them as an option.

Loving that this gym offers 247 access PLUS a full Group Fitness timetable at such an affordable price. The staff & coaches are friendly motivating & fun. Highly recommend.

Warren and the trainers at snap Heidelberg are all fantastic! I have lost over 20kgs in 4 and a half months following the snap app and with the help of Snap Heidelberg! Couldn’t have done it without them!

I have been going to snap fitness for a little over a year now and I would never go anywhere else! The staff are extremely nice and welcoming every time you come into the gym and always help whenever you need! The gym is spotlessly clean and facilities and machines all working and great! This gym gives me a reason to work out and keeps me motivated along with the friendly staff who are always happy to hear what you have to say! Go give it a go! Trust me you won’t regret it!

I used to have this gym rated at 4 stars - however I moved out of Heidelberg 3 months ago and even though I cancelled my membership immediately, they are STILL charging my card.Team has been absolutely useless in righting this, and at one point sent me a cancellation form filled out with a different member’s details for some reason. For context, the cancellation form includes your full name, address and phone number - information I wouldn’t like some random person being sent.Unless you plan on living close to this gym for the rest of your life I can’t recommend it.

The best customer service a credit to this gym, the staff makes wanting to join up so friendly, kind and professional. Really focused on helping people with their fitness. Thanks so much Erin and Warren your the best! The complete opposite of Anytime Fitness Heidelberg, with no customer service. Shows what a difference people make in any business.

A clean gym, with a variety of well-maintained equipment, though that’s not all: helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable staff actually make exercise enjoyable. Remarkable, I know, but they’ve achieved the impossible!
