The young lady whom was working in the morning of Sunday 20/08/17. I dont know her name unfortunately she was amazing and a credit to the company. I didnt even buy the shaver there i lost my charger to my Philips shaver and she said I will go out the back and get a spare for you". I went hope happy to charge my shaver and it was the wrong one :(. So i sent my Wife back and she simply changed over to the right one. Im in Retail myself and this service is superb and goes above and beyond. Will definitely shop there if i need anything in the future. Highly Recommended."

My husband and I went there last 13th June 2020 around 1pm. Both male staff were so lovely and very attentive & accommodating. We ended spending a bit but it was really worth it. I am very particular with customer service and for me they have exceeded my expectations. One of the staff really took time to answer questions regarding the items we bought. While the other staff at the cashier also took time to engage on a conversation with us. It was a very pleasant visit to their shop. Amazing customer service!

My Online ordering experience was very rewarding with item delivered the next day!You cannot ask for more than that. By the time I got the tracking number, the postman was beeping his mopeds horn as he came down our driveway.Hopefully these clippers are more reliable than the previous one.

Kate was very helpful when I bought my shaver. I returned Braun series 9 as it irritated my skin around my neck. Kate gave me some cream to apply on my neck to stop the rashes before asking me why I returned it. I had refund without any trouble.Couple days later, I came back and bought a Philip prestige 9000. It was a great deal and suits my need perfectly. It is a joy to use it. I am really happy with my new shaver.I will come back for sure if I need some more shaver products!
