SA Dental Service

What a JOKE! A waste of time and money. They could TRY to pull my decayed infected tooth but if it smashed I would have to travel to Adelaide -- god only knows when-- to get the stump removed. NO WONDER THEY DEMAND $61 UPFRONT Not worth half a star

I don't like the Dentist but they where fine hear to pull my tooth out not much pain

Absolutely disgusting, no care , no service. My disable son went for an emergency appointment, told him he had to go to the city the same day, . Told them that that was not possible and was told if we didn't get to the city they couldn't/ wouldn't do anything, . We can't catch public transport due to my sons back injury, he cannot walk more than 100 metres. Was told to get there anyway or catch a taxi, $200 return or go to a private dentist. Not at all helpful, not at all recommended, surely we can do better than this.

So appreciative to have this service available. Sadly I’m disappointed that I’ve been kicked off my treatment plan due to missed appointments even though I always rang. I was not missing them for any other reason than being sick or for being a single mother looking after a sick child. Also being in a pandemic didn’t help the situation, but SA Dental didn’t care about that at all. They told me I didn’t attend enough appointments and put me back on the waiting list! I always felt like I was treated like a second rate citizen because I was on a benefit! Never treated like I was important or that you mattered like they do at private dentists. I’m reluctant to just deal with my dental issues because just talking with them on the phone is a horrible negative experience.

Excellent help, relatively quick to get urgent care, some top notch dentists

My kids always go here and the service is excellent. So it was today when Nick did a planned checkup and my son managed it well

Experience can depend on whom you see. I've attended with a hideous infection and been refused antibiotics. I was clearly told in no uncertain terms I am not giving you antibiotics"

Nick at SA dental Noarlunga is absolutely amazing, so understanding, patient, supportive, positive words of encouragement, kind and welcoming . He is fantastic with kids with additional needs, cannot fault him. Thank you to him and the team for being understanding and patient with my son and making it a positive experience for him and for his kind words and reassurance to me.

Terrible. Said my tooth wasn't infected but it was. My doctor prescribed antibiotics and all symptoms were markedly improved in 24 hours. Also told if they pulled my tooth and it broke they would have to make another appointment in the city to remove rest? Was told they could not write antibiotic script as they aren't qualified dentists! Waste of time and money. Made me feel very anxious as did not seem at all sure of what they were doing. Then argued in the reception about how bad the dentist was in front of me
