Came in just to test drive a mini no intentions to buy on the day. Andy (sales executive) was very friendly, easy going, knowledgeable and very patient. Not once did I feel pressured to buy and walked out a new mini owner due the amazing service! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I would not normally take the trouble to review a business, but I was exceptionally happy with the service from the Manager Michael. In dealing with an issue with a used vehicle (not the fault of the dealership) the service was absolutely exemplary. A courtesy car was provided and the issue completely rectified at considerable cost to the dealership. Michael went to great lengths to ensure there was as little inconvenience as possible to me.

5 Golden stars to Andy Sales Executive at Mini Melbourne BMW. His Customer service was beyond excellent. Sadly l cancelled due to wait times.Ask for Andy when buying MINI Cooper.

Recently purchased an ex demo electric Mini. Car was delivered with 500km more on the Odometer than on the contract with Luca Palermo’s dental receipt in the glove box and missing a feature confirmed by sales staff in writing prior to sale. We were told that the delay to delivery was due to a need to detail the car and subsequently have been told that they had given the car to another customer to drive! Rather than the transparent communication described, communication was conflicting and misleading. We have copies of all correspondence in writing and have not had an adequate response from BMW despite the fact that they delivered a car with a different odometer reading to the contract and without radar cruise control as promised. Attempts to negotiate a remedy were met with a cease and desist letter from Autosport group legal ! Would recommend avoiding Melbourne Mini Garage and Melbourne BMW. I don’t trust them. A Current Affair will be looking into this activity. Unless they adopt a more open and honest communication, we will also be pursuing the matter with VCAT.

I had a very positive experience dealing with Bradley. The whole experience was efficient and pleasant. He is super engaging, friendly, helpful!

Just picked up my mini countryman for my wife and she is very happy with the car so far. Johnny and Andy has been great in all aspects. They gave me the most competitive deal on the very first time I visited and they are not pushy at all like other dealership. The whole purchase process was very comfortable. 5 stars!!

This is my first review, but I had to take the time to give some praise to chris in mini. I usually try to avoid car salesmen, but chris was the exception. He answered every question i had and even helped my dad get in and out of the car. I would recommend Chris to my family and friends if they ever wanted a mini

From test drive to placing my order, Chris has been fantastic to deal with, very genuine and friendly which made the purchase very comfortable and easy. I have purchased two cars from this dealership, so far two BMWs and have also ordered a Mini JCW, Andy has been great to deal with excellent customer service wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

Sales team been always great but when it's coming to service team they awful and they don't help by any way, if there is 0 star I would give it to them!!My wind screen got cracked while the car is sitting in the garage overnight, I asked them to assess it as I'm pretty sure it will be something with the manufacturer of the screen cause it's very big crack all over the screen in a brand new car!!They said it could be the cold weather!! Is it normal for a cold weather to cause this in a 21 countryman?!!They asked me to pay $1700 to replace it as it's a special order!! And on the top no rental car available for the next 3 weeks !! So I have to rent a car.I'm a loyal mini customer and it's my second car with them but obviously will not go back to purchase from mini ever if I will change my car in the future, very disappointed.I'm not surprised now after reading the reviews and the complaints are all from dealing with service team, Hope someone will do something about it!!
