Nespresso Boutique Canberra

Very rude staff.I went in yesterday Sunday 14 May 2023 to collect an online order. The staff member who served me was rude and did not speak only to ask my details. She handed me the order and DID NOT confirm it with Me. I was in a rush and did not check. I only checked today only to discover they gave me the wrong order. I ordered the original Hawaiian Kona 2023 and they gave me the Vertuo. I called the call centre and apparently according to them they store substituted the order because they were out of stock. The Vertuo do not fit a machine that takes original pods. Train your staff better....if this isn't fixed I'll be contacting consumer affairs. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Nespresso retail store, perfect for those that like to shop in person. Staff members could be more proactive and helpful. Didn't recall any smiles nor offer to help until I made a substantial purchase, and only after that I was offered multiple samples. Prior to that, no one cared about a potential client. Would just stick to online from now.

I wanted to thank Ramon (sorry if i have misspelt your name), he was so warm and kind, it was my first time trying nespresso and he helped me a lot with the coffee choices!I work with patients and customer service and its always extremely nice to be on the receiving end of such amazing warm hearted service.

I visited for the first time yesterday 17/11/2022. My companion and I were greeted promptly by Dean, as soon as we entered.The service given by Dean was absolutely exquisite! I, myself being a young twenty something, covered in tattoos and wearing ripped jeans, have never experienced such unbiased service in a retail setting before! (Admittedly I was wearing 3/4 sleeves during my visit).Dean went out of his way to ensure that my friend and I were finding the right coffees for our daily needs and was so patient with me when trying over eight or nine coffees, all made on soy milk, just so I can find my perfect one!Dean assisted me in finding the perfect coffee, mine being Ethiopia, before helping me find the right machine for my needs!I initially came in to have a browse at the machines and maybe look at the pods to see what kind I might like, I did not expect to leave with 110 pods, a Nespresso machine, milk frother, a travel mug and my daily caffeine fix too!Upon my initial consultation, I advised Dean I didn’t have much money to spend and was just conducting research today. Knowing that, Dean still insisted he assist us in at least finding our favourite Nespresso pods for future reference.Dean quoted me on a new machine set up with frother and a $40 pod credit, just for reference, to assist me in my research. The price came to $262.65, and then $40 of free pods!My companion purchased some of the new limited edition raspberry Nespresso pods and we left the boutique.Dean was so very kind and attentive, we went back to purchase the Nespresso system. Once I had purchased the system, Dean advised me that they have a promotion for buying 10 sleeves and you receive one free sleeve. With my $40 credit applied, and the promotion, I received 110 pods (including limited edition ones) and a free travel mug for only $53.10.I cannot recommend this boutique enough! Being served by Dean was an absolute experience, if you can, I would recommend attending this sale period to make the most of the Black Friday promotions and to be assisted by Dean! You will be sure to leave the store satisfied with your visit!Thank you, Dean, please keep doing what you’re doing!

Don't buy the barrister milk frother. It overflows causing a fault in the machine. ours was a day over 30 days therefore the store would not accept the machine back and you are given a 1800 number to call. When you call the 1800 number, they don't trust you, so they ask for you to do a video call to assess. Based on after sales service I would not recommend any of Nespresso's products

I went into buy capsules last week for our machine but was told they had sold out. My wife and I have had my automatic order removed because the company had that all messed up. The employee said if I ordered them there that they would be delivered in2-3 days so i decided that would be fine.I received notification yesterday, after 4 days have passed that my delivery could take up to 11-12 days to arrive. Not pleased with the misinformation or in any future hurry to keep doing business with Nespresso.

Jed was fantastic. Fun and informative and awesome at running through the how’s and why’s of making a better coffee at home. We ended up spending much more than anticipated (in the best way possible). Such a great experience.

Thought I’d check the free coffee. Which was pretty good. However the ‘caffeine king’ Ernesto was just delightful!! I’ll go back just to listen to him chat while he pumps hot liquid into a vessel.

Do not step into this store. They do not serve you if you are Asian. It’s happened twice to me in the city store on seperate days. First time it happened I felt sad that will still lived in a world like this but thought you know what maybe it was just bad timing. When it happened again today I thought no this is discrimination, it was really horrible to experience. I’m mortified that this is still happening in 2022. There was one other customer in store she was being served by a male shop assistant he walked away to grab something right pass me I thought ok that’s fine he was busy. Then another shop assistant came out. I tried to grab her attention she walked straight pass me to the other customer who had already been served and said “are you being looked after” the lady said yes and looked over at me to tell her I was next. The shop assistant then turned to another person who had then just walked in. It makes me feel sick even writing this. I was born here and am mortified a company as big as Nespresso would hire just close minded people. I will definitely be changing coffee machines and will never shop with this brand again.
