The store was supposed to close at 6pm but staff refused to let me purchase a bag as they closed 10 - 15 minutes earlier. So disappointed as I drove a long way to come here after work.

I am a regular customer and I have purchased Bags for my wife before.Yesterday I visited as one of the bags had a fault. The staff were very helpful with an exchange & went out of their way to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the new one...Compliments to the Manager on duty and to Shruty for their excellent service!
