Good book shop with friendly staff. Unfortunately the POS system they use is very inefficient. Takes time to process even a simple order. Cannot process the order at once, have to find the book in one screen, then have to copy the item and go to another screen, etc. During peak times can stay in the queue for hours.

Horrible and Disgraceful to say the least!!!!!!! Placed an order a month ago and the only few books were available in store and placed the backorder for 2 books. Was told at that time 2 weeks is the max time I need to wait. Waited forever and after chasing few times finally got message that 1 book is ready to collect. I went in my lunch time, waited for OVER AN HOUR. When finally my turn came was told that the book was NOT Available and damaged in the Floods. SERIOUSLY YOU PEOLE ARE RIDICULOUS!! A fault in your system, takes ages to get something in Stock and the Prices are ridiculous too!! And on top of everything the Customer Service is Horrendous SHAME SHAME!!!!!!! Stop enjoying the Monopoly and have some sense of Responsibility!!UPDATE on 28 Mar: There is still an item PENDING. Finally after an email to pickup, I went there and it was CLOSED. Where is that information updated? And FLOODS"- Which Part of the Berwick had floods and what dates? I live n Berwick FYI!!"

no starwaited 1 hr on hold finally they answeredwaited another 15 min on hold for them to find the answer to my question1hr .15 min to be told go on line and purchase it absolutely ridiculous worst service everthe guy on the phone was nice enough but omgi will find another supplier for my kids school booksyour only getting one star because google wont let me put my review up if i don't give you somethingactually - one star

Totally awful. Ordered my children year supplies mid January for click and collect ( advised that it would be ready between 3 to 7 days)and came almost end of January and start of school year, no emails or communication to collect or advise delay. I had to follow up with the schools and miraculously one of the order was ready the next day and another a few days away. One order had an item missing as supposedly they didnt have stock. 3 weeks into the term and I went in store to ask for the item or a refund. Miraculously they had it in stock and noone had the courtesy to let me know and this is an item I paid for. Also never answers their national phone number, you wait on the automated reception to be hung up on after you choose an option. Totally disgusting. I hope you get competition around here for you to stop taking customers for granted..

Several issues with Campion education, Berwick. Would not recommend to anyone at all. The overall mangement is appalling.1. When ordering the book lists, there was only delivery option. As a local resident, there is no point to pay ＄15 delivery fee for each order.2. Ordered at Store, majority of the items were on back order, which took 3-4 weeks for the items to become availble.3. Went to store to pick up an item after receiving the notification email, then I was told the item was not availble, as there was an delivery error.4. Have been to the store three times, when the store was just open, middle of the day and before closing. There were always long queues, with only 1-2 staff to provide service. For each pick up, the staff has to assemmble the items together onsite. Each time took 30 minutes-1 hour to pick up an order. Very inefficient and disorganised.

keep getting emails saying my books are in only to be told they are not in and they dont know where they are. call wait times are ridiculous, get to position 1 only to be hung up on. went to store 2 weeks ago to collect books at 9am, sign on door saying they were closed due to Covid. could have updated the website or sent email stating this. extremely inconvenient when you drive there for nothing and with the cost of fuel im reluctant to go back, but my kids need their books for school. its been 6 weeks of waiting when originally told only 1-2 weeks.

Did a click and collect order 10 days ago and no contact since, emailed several times, wait on phone for it to only hang up on me, tried this all week last week. So now my son starts school tomorrow with no books!! Suppose to be a 2 days turnaround!

Does not deserve a single star. Absolutely ridiculous service. Not all staff but some staff are really rude and any request made is a waste. They will have all the excuse not to serve you properly. I would prefer to buy stuff from somewhere else.

I would like to give it 0 stars. Can not get anyone on the phone - you wait on hold for 1/2 an hour and the phone disconnects. Received an email to pick up a back order, get there to be told the items are not there and it was a system error. Was told I might possibly get another email with the same information and to ignore it, have received 2 more email, have no idea if my back orders are in stock or not and have waited on hold for 1/2 hour each time, only to be hung up on. Not wasting my time to drive there only to be told it's not there again. Get your act together and work your phone lines and computer system out - very unprofessional!!!!!

The right thing to do is to let the people order and let them pick up. Instead charge extra for click and collect and wait in the queue for hours to pick it up. Absolutely terrible service
