They are the best mortgage broker in Australia that can make your nightmare come true. The sales advisor there do not understand anything more than general. If you have complex case, which most of us do when we intent to look for broker instead of going straight to the bank. If our case are as straight forward and easy, would we even look for you? Your sales advisor totally have no knowledge and expertise in complex cases like temporary resident loan, they will simply just told you they cant do anything. I want to thank Home Loan Expert for giving me a chance to have a wake up call in my life and also found a way experienced broker and landed myself with a even better deal.

Not recommended for all expats living in Australia. They term themselves as specialists for temporary residence mortgage but to be honest they are not experienced and have no knowledge in mortgage loan for expats. They only have general knowledge that you can look up in the web.We had Kamran and it was a stressful experience. We were only told that everything is possible and no advices was given. Not being helpful at all. So we have to do our homework and researched on our own regarding the temporary visa criteria.I strongly recommend you to look for more experience mortgage broker who will take their time giving you options and better open advices. We go for Abacus Finance Sydney, they are the true mortgage broker that will help you and give advices base on your situation. We are stress free now.
