I bookedappt with Dr Suja Mathew a month ago for 9th November...I recieved email asking to call clinic ..when i called reception they informed me that doctor is not available after 12:00 and asked if I could come at 10:30am..I agreed and made arrangements in my office n my son’s school to attend ..however on arrival I was told that there is no booking for 9th..reception asked me to either stay back or book later..I asked if I could book later however they didn’t have anything sooner...I am totally disappointed with the service and how it was handled..

The receptionists were lovely.Staff are good with reminders, they always contact you via text and phone call for appointment confirmation. (Although they did forget to follow up and return messages to us, a couple times when reminded by us)Parking space is quite small and narrow, only one way in and out which is a little tough at times. Especially when one or the other is entering/leaving.The doctor we met was friendly and thorough.Overall we are quite satisfied with the outcome.

Surprisingly Poor rapport with kids , didn't provide a welcoming and supportive environment for child Educational Psych Assessment .Child never settled from start and assessment abandoned.

Great service, friendly reception. Used psychology and physio and cannot fault their services, knowledge or friendly nature. I definitely would recommend.

Had an infant who wouldnt eat, had multiple gastric challenges.I had months of their food consumption listed including diaries of how I tried to offer it in multiple ways, didn't want a bar of it, took a timely call during our session, felt like a burden sitting there while trying to keep my child content, accused me of breastfeeding them too much 'its clear they have too much breast milk' is even in notes after finding nothing physically wrong, shrugged the fact I had multiple gastric issues growing up that went undiagnosed yet could not (would not) suggest any strategies to support their food intake but didnt mind the $300+ fee and I want to see you again in six weeks" after no strategies or advice given except a change in stool softener suggested.No helpful strategies to encourage food or support bowels or what to do instead of let them have their milk when they've refused to eat after an hour of encouraging

I made a appointment back in 2020 for my son to see a doctor i made the appointment time for 10.30 3rd of February 2021 when I arrived dr suja mathews receptionist told me my appointment was at 11 then a woman turned up with her daughter the receptionist took my 12yr old son for a 4yr old girl then they tell me my appointment at 11.30 shows the male receptionist doesn't listen how he has kept the job i dont know to make mistakes in a doctors surgery is disgusting lucky he doesn't handle medication

If there were more stars I’d give more! Firstly Jasna works extremely hard and yet she is always helpful and pleasant. My Daughter sees dr Rammy. Again to spite his being busy and working hard he is always thorough and really such a wonderful patient dr. My daughter feels comfortable and I feel confident in his care for my daughter.

We see Michael Brockbank regularly here and he is very good in motivating our daughter to do physical therapy exercises.
