I had a terrific experience with Prestige Plumbing and Building. From the very first enquiry about having my rotten deck replaced to the finished product was a breeze and all finished ahead of schedule! I found Jacobe to be honest, efficient very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using prestige for future renovations!

Jacobe from Prestige plumbing and building was extremely professional and helpful when he attended my home. He assessed my problem and clearly walked me through what the was causing the issue and gave me a couple different solutions!Throughout completing the job he kept me informed in what he was doing and the purpose of different parts. Jacobe and his team have done a lot of work for me including plumbing, renovations, new decks and general improvements. The work is of a high standard and he communicates well and his prices are reasonable and competitive. He is happy to go above and beyond and he has a great work ethic. Jacobe and his team did a fantastic job fixing the serious plumbing problems in our new house. He communicated the problem clearly, kept us updated and had amazing attention to detail, including restoring the yard perfectly when all the pipes were fixed. Highly recommended.

Jacobe has done a couple of plumbing jobs for us and couldn't be happier. He diagnosed our storm water leak, and fix it up quickly and a minimum of fuss. He even reinstalled our side gate without being prompted.Our house is on a slope and we are having issues with water entering the sub floor, and water pooling in our yard from the natural water-course. Being an older house Jacobe recommended we waterproof from the founations up, and install ag drains. Giving options for either concreating or finishing with agregate (which we ended up going with). Jacobe was concerned with ensuring the job would be right, but giving cost saving options if they were available. He kept us informed with what was going on, and always called to chat the next day to explain any issues or changes he made on the fly.I have attached some before and after pictures of Jacobes completed drainage work. Both pictues were after around 20mm of rain.Planning on using Jacobe in the future for both plumbing and building related work.

After not being able to lock in a builder to provide a quote for a big job replacing a pool deck and privacy wall, I saw Prestige Plumbing and Building advertising on FB and gave Jacobe a call. He quoted fairly I thought, and started and finished on time. There was good effective communication between us throughout and the job was completed to a very high standard. Overall we are extremely pleased with the finished work. Highly recommended.
