Always have smooth experiences with LRS and have been lucky to deal with helpful staff. Offices are not busy which is unlike before. Prices do keep increasing but I assume that’s a government matter not staff that are customer facing.

Apart from not letting me know they had moved from their previous location just around the corner from the State Parliament Building to 270 Liverpool Street, when I arrived at the latter address, I was treated with kindness and understanding. The lady who handled my matter, Christine Adams was wonderful and a superb ambassador for the service.

Seem to intentionally give vague instructions or omit them altogether so they can throw a few requisitions at you for $50. In my humble opinionAwful service since privatisation but that's as expected

I just wanted to say i worked there in 1991, i know long time ago, i was back packing in Australia and i got a job there. Loved it. Used to call The Land Tittles Office.... I guess it changed the name.

The consultant Mike, was very helpful and even more importantly very patient.After my 50x questions all being late on a Sat. night, i received part of my request on the same night after 2hrs of ordering them and that the rest of my order will be sent within 4 days.
