I attended Gowland Legal for preparation of a will. I thought it was fairly simple, but 'you don't know what you don't know', and I was so impressed by the guidance I received. Lyndal is a great listener, can explain things in simple language, was very accommodating with my limited availability and pressurised time frame, and very generous with her time. Her support staff, like her, have that gift of making you feel you are the only person that matters. I felt in very good and capable hands.

I found Lyndal Gowland to be Unrelaible and unprofessional. I Engaged her for conveyancing, she tried to claim fees that were outside the fee agreement, and then when i eventually purchased a property she refused to assist with the transaction , claiming that i had not retained her services. My opinion is that Lyndal Gowland is a beligerent and rude person. My advice is do not engage Lyndal Gowland for any matter of importance. I agree with other reviews which state that Lyndal Gowland is a competent JP for signing documents.
