I am fortunate enough to be a Resident at Burwood Terrace. I have been there for over 3 years now and I am so happy there. The staff are exceptional as are the residents. We have various activities to be enjoyed and there is always something happening. Everyone is free to join in or live the quieter life if that’s what you prefer. There’s no pressure whatsoever. The Resident Bus goes shopping 3 times weekly. There is also the local bus right out the front in Highbury Road. We have beautiful gardens surrounding all the Townhouses which makes a very peaceful environment.I highly recommend Burwood Terrace Retirement Village.Pauline Wigglesworth

My parents have lived here since 2012. It’s run by Lendlease. Pretty well managed - but it should be as the body corporate fees are high. Phone/internet system to units is quite poor (low web speeds/poor analogue phone lines). Many good features/amenities for residents. Good community culture. Featured as an outside broadcast ‘retirement village’ venue on Sunrise early 2018.

Nice retirement village. Might be a nice place to retire at a later stage in life.

Past it only

We have found BT offers the luxury of many large complexes with the sense of a small, close neighbourhood of days gone by. It envelops you with its warmth and charm.
