OTR Kensington

Trying to pay for petrol using company Motor Pass. A female staff call Siddharth serving me and said Motor pass is not working and have to wait if I cannot pay using other method. I preferred to wait and eventually she ask me to try . The terminal failed and she said I had issue with my card(I’ve called and check to make sure card is all good) I’ve let other customers past through first in the mean time. Some customers think I’m cutting through the line while I’m waiting. She trying her best to smile to customers that blame me for cutting line while using an aggressive look and again saying my card is rejected. Her way to handle this extremely poor and gave me a poor experience. I think if the terminal had issues accepting Motor Pass. She should explain. If my card really had issues. She should not use this approach. An experience no one want.

My mistake going here againWent here for a coffee but the girl in the counter is soo rude. Usually not a guy to write review and have a quarrels but had to confront her, she was one rude girl. She even talked to my wife very rudely. Came back without having any coffee. Don’t get me wrong i like OTR but this girl has one of the worst customer service.There was no one in the counter and we just said excuse me and the girl came busting out from the fridge where she was topping up the milk and said we had no patience, first off all we called because we didn’t see anyone in the counter.Worst experience even from this OTR and i always go to OTR for coffee and fuelTime: 24/10/2022 around 7:30pm

I hope Quinn had a good reason to sit on his phone. Took his sweet time putting it down to talk to me too. Was not impressed. Phones should be away during any job.

Once again, I have had an unauthorised credit card transaction here despite never being in the store (I live interstate). It was only for 1c but it was enough to confirm my card details and almost immediately after, purchases were made in yet another state. OTR must have scammers on the inside to be processing these transactions and on-selling the details to fraudsters. Reading through reviews, it seems this has been going on for a long time and clearly nothing has been done about it.*** To respond to the owners response...I have never registered my details on your app. I've never had or used your app. In fact, I didn't know you had an app! I live in WA. Your business nor your app are of no use to me.Just admit that you have fraudsters working for you! Read the other reviews... it's not just me! You employ crooks and turn a blind eye to it. That makes you as big a rat!

Visited at about 3:30pm on 26/01/2023 and was holding a puppy. I ordered a hotdog and was holding my puppy in my arms with no issues. Attended didn’t say anything about dog in the store while ordering as OTR is pet friendly. The attendant yelled from across the store for us to go outside with the puppy and told us that if the dog peed in the store that I would have to clean up in a very rude manner. Yes I would have cleaned up after my dog but I didn’t need to be yelled at from across the store. Extremely rude and unfriendly behaviour. If there was a sign saying that dogs shouldn’t be in the store I wouldn’t have brought my puppy into the store. This lady shouldn’t be in customer services!

unauthorised transactions have appeared on my credit card from this business. Has reported to police and bank. How can I use my card in SA when I am actucally walking on Melbourne street? Reply to the owner: I have never used any apps related to the shop.

Just noticed 3 Unauthorised Transactions emanating from this Store in Adelaide. I'm in Melbourne. I have advised my Bank, the ACCC and Scam Watch - ASIC. There is definately something suspicious with these types of tranactions occurring from this site.

I'm in Brisbane and never been or used your service station/registered for your app yet I have unauthorised use of my credit card from kensington on the run app. Reported to bank and also reported to the cyber crime fraud department with the police.From looking at all your bad reviews for OTR there is obviously some kind of dodgy credit card scammer in your company. I had to inconveniently cancel my new credit card for this issue.. ridiculous.

Well kept store and the staff are polite enough. A little concerned about stock management as both times I have been in store for a peppermint tea within a week, there has been none. I pointed out how I had been in last week and they were still out of stock, but the staff didn’t seem to be too bothered. Lovely store, but I am hesitant to visit again as I don’t want to be let down a third time.

Had an unauthorised debit card transaction from here (for 1c, so pretty dodgy that they'd allow that to process - may wanna check your staff members out - but it was enough to confirm the numbers and further purchases were made elsewhere but I live in Melbourne). No, I wont fill in the report that you'll suggest below because I have no intention of giving more of my personal info than you seemingly already have and given the generic responses below, care factor seems zero.
