50% of the workers were engaging and seemed like they wanted to be there. The first time I went no one engaged me even though I wandered around the shop. The event page did not describe the event properly so I suggest confirming. For some reason that was not magic related (other card game) they shortened the sealed deck building to 30 min.

I went here to attend Pokemon Lost Origins Pre-release event (50$). It is held over 3 rounds, but some people will leave early because they are busy. It's still pretty fun. My only complain was the place is a bit small, and on that day magic the gathering tournament was held, so it was busy. Still, If you haven't gone to pre-release yet, why not try here for the next one? Just remember to bring your 40-60 sleeves because you have to play the card.

If an event is advertised at a specific time, it should start at that specified time - not 20 minutes later because other people are running late". 5 minutes I understand but 20? Come on. This store has gone downhill ever since management changed hands."

Could do with more variety as card retailers but understandably it's a smaller shop.The staff are super friendly and bathrooms are very clean. Great vibes.

The people serving are kind of anti-social. They don't greet their customers or give eye contact.
