We had a complex job involving a free-form concrete pool. Glenn’s work was simply amazing. We were quite gobsmacked at the end result - truly a work of art. Glenn is true gentleman, professional, and proper tradesman. I first contacted him by SMS, which he promptly replied to. He called me when he said he would. He turned up and met with me precisely when he said he would. He sent through his quote and paperwork within hours. When he started the job, which was on the day he says he would, he stayed all day, and returned each day till it was completed. Glenn completed the job himself in person instead of subcontracting it, or having someone else do it. The day after the job was completed, Glenn even called in to make sure everything had settled in nicely, and I was happy. There area that Glenn paved had some complex angles, changing levels, and drainage which would have been challenging given the type of pavers, being large 600x600 porcelain type. But, Glenn made it all work and went above and beyond to make sure it all turned out beautifully. The price didn't change when I got the invoice, it was exactly as per the quote. I am actually looking forward to being able to use Glenn again next time. Thank you.
