Amazing company to deal with. Came across the company when searching online on where to purchase a replacement jug for a Vitamix blender. My telephone query was answered promptly but more importantly was answered by a NICE and respectful person. Order arrived next day. Will definitely order from them again. Great Australian company. :)

I meant to do this review a few months ago (my bad!) but I just wanted to say that I was SO impressed at how fast my order arrived (a replacement tamper for my aged Vitamix and sprouting stuff) I will definitely be ordering products through this business again and recommending them to others.I ordered something else the same day, also in my state, and it took 3 weeks!Many thanks and love your work Raw Blend! We already love our Bio 1000 water filter. I would like to comment on the wonderful service we received from Raw Blend. So very helpful and thoughtful of our needs. We received our water filter a day before the Australia Post delivery date range and then completed the filter washing process, which was not difficult at all. The result - fantastic tasting water which is free of fluoride and all the other 'nasties' in our tap water. It's actually a pleasure to drink it! We're so glad we found this great company and water filter.

Just a big shout out for excellent customer service from Raw Blend and their suppliers! Love my Vitamix - this is my second one! Had an issue with the smoothie container, brand new, and they are replacing it! Awesome!
