Such a lovely place! & Amazing Viet Coffee (I prefer iced, hubs liked the hot version). Delicious Toasties (pulled pork, shrooms etc). Toddler friendly (in terms of activities) to keep them from knocking any of the items for sale down! Hope to be back again and have the same great food and drinks!

Yummy grilled cheese with good coffee. Under cover amongst the greenery and watching the wind blow bubbles. Very relaxing.

Lovely little relaxed cafe with loads of plants, delicious toasties and coffee and added bonus of banh mi and bubble tea. Not fancy at all but a really pleasant place to have a sit down. Especially lovely for kids with the treasure trove of toys in one corner.

Their bubble tea are $6.50 for medium and $7 for large, a bit cheaper comparing to other shops that i’ve been. The place is really cool in summer and not really cold in winter, a perfect place to sit and chill with your friends and families.

So good! Nice atmosphere and drinks are a tiny bit cheaper then elsewhere. Kale-spinach-mango smoothie was great, $6.50. Cannolli was a bit expensive, $5, but not too sweet. Lemon muffin was OK, bit dry, but after we asked for reheating it was soft and better. I definitely will come back.

Sensational Banh mi. As good as you get in Perth. You can enjoy eating and drinking a nice relaxed atmosphere surrounded by greenery.Today was a beautiful day for brunch. Banh mi's all round and some Taro flavoured Bubble Tea.There was generous amounts of roast pork in the Banh mi. The crunchy crackling added some tasty texture, I love it. Some chilli gave the taste buds a nice zing and was not enough to cause sweating or a red face. Mayonnaise in the fresh salad helped to manage the zing, so there was no chilli after taste. Yum

30 minute wait for very mediocre coffee (iced coffee tasted sour & latte was very weak) Also pretty disappointing food (chicken aioli toastie & ribeye toastie). Went a few months ago and remember it being better, is a shame. Was only 30$ but feels expensive for how average it all was. Place looks nice at least.

A sweet spot that we recently discovered. They make really good coffee and food and you’re surrounded by cute plants while you dine in. You can also browse the shop full of interesting pot plants. It was a great experience, can highly recommend.

Has a variety of pot plants and heaps of succulents to choose from that are growing tremendously huge which is beautiful. Had the Vietnamese roll, didn’t really expect it to have a kick with the red chilli. Also found a piece of plastic in the food, which we have notified the staff. Hopefully they are more careful in prepping food next time
