We were coming back from Wilson Prom after travelling from Geelong side, tired and wet, and this seemed liked the only place opened so cheerfully stopped here with my 18mo. Wanted coffee and food, but the menu was quite expensive and the machine was down. The veg pizza was $24 and garlic bread and nachos were quite ridiculously high priced too so I just ordered the $12 fries given we were not getting coffees even. I asked if there is a changing table for the baby and was told to walk way across the street to the other end of the building for baby room or table as their toilets were tiny and not kid friendly. Decided to just get fries as dine in and so went to take a seat. The $12 payment had 22c surcharge.Wasn’t getting reception on phone and had to travel in the dark to our Airbnb so went back to the main guy for Wifi. He told us the password was with the boss.I was very flustered with a hungry toddler at this point and asked if we could get the fries in a take away so we can at least be on our way and I could change him once we reach our destination. Plus there was no point wasting time here. He straight off refused saying we are not a take away.Like …I asked him to cancel my order he told me the order was already in so i insisted again to give it in a take away box and I’ll pay for the box. To which he handed me my $12 back as cash and moved away quite rudely and unapologetically. I am putting a review here because I was just checking the rest reviews and yes, the main person was extremely nice with others who I assumed are locals, but was very stand off ish n disrespectful to us.Mate as a small business owner myself, I can tell you your spot has so much potential location wise. But you need to change industries with that customer service. Very un accommodating.Putting my experience here definitely as a grievance and so others know what can happen.

Ordered BBQ chicken pizza & a bowl of chips. A little pricey but not unreasonable when your out this far. Food came out quick and it was amazing. I absolutely loved the pizza base. They graciously gave us a takeaway box for my left overs cos i didnt want to leave any of that yummy food behind. Thank you.

It's no Neapolitan-style, far from it. A shame that 24$ gets you a medium sized, doughy, minimally topped pizza (although the very bottom was crispy). If you're going for minimally topped then make it more Neapolitan - care for your dough, get higher hydration and larger size, proper sauce, real moz - it really did taste like a frozen pizza base as others have said. I didn't rate it but mum liked it. Positives - the pizza was very quick and the tap Burra beer was perfect. I suggest the owner reads the lower ratings and improves the practice of 'pizza' making as per restaurant name. As a Gippsland local I'm sad that this is the 1st and last time I'll be visiting for pizza.

The experience was bad to begin with. The guy serving us was very rude and not friendly. We sat at a table and left our belongings there whilst ordering, and he moved our belongings and rudely said 'did i sit you there?!'None of the pizzas were vegan, nor could be made vegan, so i ordered a $12 bowl of chips. Which were ridiculously small for the price! The fish and chip store does better chips for less than half the price. After asking for a bit more tomato sauce, i was told 'that costs extra', apparently in the $12 cost of the chips, they can't just give a little bit more sauce.My mates pizzas were sub par for the $20 and $25 price tag.Definitely would not return, or recommend it as a place to eat.Super disappointing dinner as it's such a thoroughfare with all the Wilson's Prom traffic. Next time, we will be going straight to Fish Creek for dinner.

Came in and left almost immediately. It was absolutely freezing. We asked where would be the warmest place to sit with our 2 children and was told very bluntly nowhere as they had no heating. Very uninviting.

Perfect restaurant near the prom. We are vegan and wanted something hot to eat at night, and this place was open till 9pm.We went in and requested for a pizza and they had vegan cheese and we got a freshly made, hot, vegan pizza with amazing soy chai lattes. We were very happy with the food.
