Jumpstart Driving School

Appalling thief of a woman. I have been chasing Emily Compton for over $600 for 2 years now. I paid for 10 lessons and received 1. She does not return calls and even though she was ordered by ACAT to refund the money, she has not. DO NOT GO NEAR JUMPSTART OR LANE COVE DRIVING SCHOOLS. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. Now I know where she has moved to I have just been back in contact with Fair Trade NSW and have asked, just how many people does she have to fraudulently take money from before it becomes a criminal offence? Every time to try to get your money back, you have to pay a fee so CAVEAT EMPTOR. Fair Trade NSW and the ACCC are aware of this woman. DO NOT BECOME HER NEXT VICTIM. UNFORTUNATELY YOU CANNOT LEAVE ZERO STARS AS FEEDBACK.

Absolutely terrible

Great instructor, it was my first time driving with Emily and she was down to earth, patient, funny and was quite informative.

Absolute scam. This lady, Emily is a thief and a crook. She also trades under Lane Cove Driving School. Emily is very happy to take your money but fails to turn up for lessons. Impossible to get her on the phone and she lies andnever refunds your money. Reported her to fair Trading.

Dangerous woman！She finagled $690 from me.I reported it for fair trading. They instructed to refund it within two weeks, but she ignored it.I was victimized by this con-man EMILY"."

This woman is useless. Takes money upfront for lessons purchased in a lot so it's a bit cheaper and never answers her phone and ripped us off....

Shocking that this business is still allowed to operate. We paid 790 dollar upfront and are still going through faurtrading. They adviced to go through a tribunal and we plan to take her to court. We will seek legal council of how we can make sure we also receive adequate compensation for all the time we spent on this issue. I am very surprised about the attitude which has been taken towards this business so far.

A solid instructive experience from this down-to-earth young lady. Will definitely be referring my friends to her :-)
