Last yr bought my son joey here we can only do offseason as he play alot of soccer in winter. Unfortunately cause of covid stuffed us up this yr. Firstly training is first class,the improvement in his soccer skills from doing muay thai this season were very noticeable. Looking forward to joining up again next season cheers 4 now

I have been with the Sitshoothon Muay Thai / Boxing family for over a year and when I say family I mean that in all the essence of the word.From the moment I walked in the door, I felt valued, welcomed and greeted by big friendly smiles from both staff and trainers alike. I've found Sitshoothon Muay Thai Albion Park a great place to learn authentic Muay Thai. The coaches are great, and my classmates are very friendly and just good people.

Sitshoothon is by far the best gym I’ve been a part of! The trainers are all so friendly and encouraging to everyone from beginner to fighter, the classes are always fun and challenging and all the members are super welcoming and helpful. Sitshoothon is a great Muay Thai gym for all levels. The training is proper like in Thailand. The trainers provide a fun and challenging environment where you can do it for fun and fitness or start your journey to your first pro fight. In my opinion, Muay Thai is the best stress release and fitness journey you can ever start for yourself.

Pros - location makes it easy, the coaches are approachable and its a friendly, welcoming environments, plenty of Muay Thai classes to choose from, Thai Champion as a coach gives cred.Cons - lack of aircon makes it uncomfortable in summer, number of injuries sustained in a short period of time despite small classes, pricey / mercenary / flexibility on fees and exiting particularly when there are injuries or changes in situation that stops the kids training.
