Micha Nails

Among the worst pedi I've had, which is annoying because I'm new to the area and need a new salon.Water temp was tepid at best, not given enough time to soak in the water and cuticles pulled at.I have ingrown toenail and requested straight across cutting, this wasn't listened and I now have funny angles on my big toes.Polish application was fine, unlikely to go back

I had a manicure with Georgie this morning and am so pleased. She was really gentle with my very soft nails, unlike other nail techs I’ve had, and did a lovely job. She was so lovely, even helped me choose a nail colour. I was concerned when I saw the reviews, but I didn’t find my experience anything like them. I really enjoyed my manicure and feel very spesh now as I look at my gorgeous nails, thank you sooo much! :) :) I will be back.

This is the only nail salon I have been to for the last two years and I’m always really pleased with their work. I’m so confused from the reviews I’ve seen as I’ve never experienced a rude encounter from anyone here, or witnessed any bad encounters. There is a woman with black short hair that did my nails beautifully and we were talking with each other which doesn’t usually happen at nail salons. Even the man that works here is a really cool person to talk to, I had a great chat with him! The pedicure service is always amazing too, the hot stones on your legs feel so nice!! I’ll always be coming back here.

I would give them 0 star if possible. The worst experience I’ve ever had. I picked 3 colors from their color chart but they were all out of stock, and the staff got so rude and impatient as if it was my fault. At the end I was forced to choose a color that I don’t really like. Totally a disaster, either the service or the result.

Went in to have acrylic infills. The price stated was $60 for infills! I repeated I only needed infills not a full set. She appeared unimpressed and said yes that is the price. I stated that was double the normal price. She then started walking away and said that’s what is is.Atrocious customer service and willingness to assist.

Terrible terrible service. Cut my nails. Did not do anything I asked for. We’re very rude to me and after I said I wasn’t happy with how they turned out she got up and sat next to another nail tech and started talking badly about me so I said to her this is so unprofessional and rude and stopped her continuing to do my nails. Do not go here they’re horrible service and horrible people !!!

I have been there for the first time and unfortunately I won’t go back. Very disappointed with the acrylic nail (which cost me $65) the job has been rushed and poor attention to details. To be fair I have been served right away, but maybe because I got there just 10mins after opening time. If I can suggest something, don’t say yes to everyone if then you have to rush and provide poor quality service.

Had a mani pedi I walked in mid afternoon and was seen straight away. My experiance was ok, the hot stone during the pedi was nice and the exlfoliator smelt delicious. They're colours are nice and they did a good job. However, I can see where the 1 & 2 ☆ come from, the water for the pedicure was freezing and during the manicure my nail lady spoke in her own language the whole time which was really uncomfortable. Not sure if I'll return

Terrible customer service, everyone's rude and talked to me as if I'm causing a big inconvenience. I've gone 3 times for pedicures and they are always sub-par. I've had to go home and file my nails (they're always so sharp and uneven) and buff my heels myself. They're good at applying the actual polish but that's about it.
