Terrible customer service! As I was examining a wallet in the hopes of purchasing it, I took my own out to compare the two and see if it was a good fit. As I put MY OWN wallet in my bag, the employee asked to see if I had taken anything. Definitely won't be coming back :)

Absolutely disgusting customer service I stood in the shop for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by the two staff members that stood by the counter talking about their personal business. I then had to interrupt their conversation to asked about the guess luggage, which the lady didn’t want to even get off the shelf for me to have a closer look at different sizes/styles. So i walked out and will never return or recommend Brown Plains store to anyone

Poor customer service and poor products. I went into the store as a handbag I bought only 6 months ago the inside lining had started to pull apart. As most people I dont hold onto my receipts however was able to provide proof of purchase on my internet banking statement. I was told that they were unable to help without me providing a physical receipt and that they would only give me what the bag was worth as they no longer stock that bag of which I was told would be around $9.90. Absolutely disappointing when you spend $80 on a handbag that doesn't even last 6 months. Save yourselves the money and buy elsewhere.
