Absolutely fantastic service. These guys know what their doing and looked after my freshly painted rims perfectly.

Had a chance to visit the store to have some urgent work done on my car. The previous visit to this place was when it was owned and operated by a franchisee, going back a while. It's my understanding that the store is now directly run by the parent company. Alex and Ben were very polite, friendly, helpful and professional in the way they took care of the issue at hand and in their interactions with several other customers that came in to the store during my wait there. Some customers appeared to be regulars and the others were walk ins, but everyone seemed to be happy with the service provided. Ben even took me to the shop floor to demonstrate the problem with my vehicle and how they were going about fixing the damage. All in all it was worth the wait as they were able to get my car back in good working condition. Would have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone looking for good, reliable and friendly place for their tyre needs.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Let me share this experience I had with Alex, who I believe is the owner of this fine establishment.In a classic 'morning rush' fashion, I had inadvertently left my phone sitting on top of my car. Being the smart cookie that I am, I entirely forgot about it and drove off, leaving the phone to fall on the road (thankfully, undamaged). Mind you, this was in an entirely different suburb than where the store is located at.Alex, who must have been driving along shortly thereafter, saw the phone and picked it up. I was able to contact him and he met with me in-person to give me my phone back. He did not need to do this, and would not accept any reward for doing so.Even though it seems like a simple gesture - Alex's honest, kind and humble attitude are not only a reflection of his good character, but also, a clear indication of how he operates as a businessman.As such, if you need your tyres replaced or repaired, I could not recommend CDT more highly than that. I had a punctured tyre and bought my car to them for repair. They could have easily ripped me off by recommending a new tyre replacement but they didn’t. They did the right thing and that’s hard to find in that industry. Helpful service and not overly expensive.

A very disappointing experience. Returned my vehicle to City Discount Tyres Nailsworth in November 2021 for the 10,000 km service that included a rotation and wheel alignment. I rang and they were happy to book me in but I did note that the passenger front Pirelli Scorpian tyre was originally mounted the wrong way... with the inside" wall pointing to the outside. I wasn't too concerned but wanted it corrected. Alex said
