Warning!!! Dont use this company!!!We had Taylor'd roofing undertake gutter replacement on our rental property. Whilst the works have eventually been completed, the entire process was plagued with frustration. There was no consultation on colours of gutters and flashings - one day they just arrived on site, with no warning. We were made aware of the colour selection once installed!!?? There were days where the workers would be on site, but in their vehicles all day with nothing done. The photos show how the roof was left when the works were 'completed'. During the execution of the gutter works they removed sections of the tiled ridge but would not repair or replace it because 'we dont fix tiled roofs'!! The business had no comprehension of the principle - 'you break it you fix it'! It took weeks of non returned calls with the office and Matthew direct before we eventually got someone back to site to undertake the required repair works - on the wrong section of roof!!!! It took more phone calls to eventually get the repair works eventually 'completed'.

Dan was fantastic, came out at a set time and stayed until the work was complete, working with a torch to ensure my parents roof was leak free.Highly recommended

They were quick to respond with detailed quotes on different roof vent options. Advised the pros & cons. Quotes were reasonable. Gave options for installation times, were on time, quick and professional. I would recommend them and use them again.
