Dr Ward, Lauren, Kristen, Jessie and Jacinta have been amazing beyond words. The whole process of my gastric sleeve was completed with professionalism, expertise, kindness and care. No question or request was too hard, the whole team is there to help and support you and they make you feel at ease. So grateful for the whole team and all they have done. Highly recommend.

It's only been 6mths since my RNY Bypass, but leading up to and during this time, Michael Hii and his team have been FABULOUS!!!I'm halfway to goal, and feel so much healthier, I'm happier and I'm much more agile. There have been many improvements medically, physically and psychologically.I have had regular appointments with Michael [Surgeon] and Jessie [Nurse], as well as Laura [Dietitian], Sharon [Psychologist] & Kristi [Sports Physiologist] and with their expertise, knowledge & support, I have acclimatised to my new way of life and benefitted immensely.I definitely recommend MWLS, and appreciate all they have done to assist me in my achievements.

My expectations of how supported I have been by my weight loss surgery team at Melbourne Weight Loss Surgery have been far exceeded!Since preop, I have been working closely with my dietitian Liz, councillor Lisa, my surgeon Mr Micahel Hii and the exceptional team of administrative staff within the surgery, especially Claudia. Following my RNY bypass I have been closely linked with these specialists and also Mr Hii's specialist nurse Jacinta. They have been easy to contact, supportive and encouraging every step of the way.I love the information on their website for the texture phases, plus recipes and tips on exercise.I could not be happier with the surgery itself either! So far I have lost approximately 20kg at 8 weeks post op. Within a week I was feeling better with more energy than I had felt prior to surgery.The total out of pocket expenses were VERY reasonable also, considering other places and surgeons I looked at in my area were almost double the cost with as little as one group meeting preop for support.This is SUCH an encouraging team, I'm so glad I went with Mr Hii and Melbourne Weight Loss Surgery! I really struck lucky! I'm so thankful!

Dr Micheal Hii and his team are amazing. I saw him 6 weeks ago for surgery and I could not be happier. I had only met him via video (due to covid restrictions ) until the day of the surgery and he was caring, warm and instantly make me feel comfortable.
