Please understand this is my experience only, and others may have different views.AlphaZone's ability in fixing computer problems seems to be limited to software issues. To even diagnose hardware problems appears to be beyond their level of expertise.I had to pay $40 for the privilege of them telling me that they couldn't fix my laptop. They said it was broken" and my understanding was that the machine was now totally useless. To be fair
