Worst communication ever 4 days can’t get anybody to contact me

They are dodgy company I have ever encountered staff are rude not have manners don’t trust them it’s been more than 4 months I have been chasing them for a simple claimsThe company should closed

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!Possibly the worst experience I have had with a company. They don't even deserve one star but I had to give them at least one star to post this review. Where can I start..They are extremely rude and unprofessional and they are fine with ignoring all your calls and not calling back. They have returned maybe 1 of my calls out of the possible 20 calls over the 3 months and when I did finally get onto them I spoke with rob who would either cut me off mid sentence or speak to me rudely, insisting he didn't have time to talk and offer to 'call me back' which never happened. They certainly do not care about anything but money and doing everything they can to get rid of you (if it doesn't benefit them they don't want to hear from you). Also when I thought it couldn't get any worse the assessor I went through with this company is one of the most arrogant and unreasonable people I have ever dealt with. I was Told to take this company to the ombudsman initially by legal services but I seriously was too sick and tired of the situation and how long it went on for. All up my experience with this company has been draining, upsetting and traumatic and I am happy to say I won't be having anything to do with them in the future. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this company if possible.

If possible would give 0 stars tried to call to speak to someone about a claim and get rude and inappropriate response. Not something you would expect from a company. I would never choose to have any insurance with this company am more than disappointed and disgusted with service (or lack of)

Just not very good service... How many times do you (a customer for 15 years) need to call, be told someone will call you back, and then not get a call back? At least three times and counting...
