Adele has created a warm, welcoming and ambient space from her home studio. The extra touches like music, oils, diffuser and her calm soothing voice all made for a very pleasant remedial massage. She was knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, got to all areas of my body and provided exactly the pressure and bonus relaxation I needed. Also has HICAPS available me. Adele's Holistics is absolutely amazing. In addition to the most relaxing massage I have received, Adele really focuses on the smallest details - the electric blanket on the massage table that is already warmed for you, the extra large towels and soft fluffy pillows that cocoon you, to the essential oils that are used, warm wet towels to remove oil after the massage and the zen bell/gong to signal the end of the massage/treatment. Adele doesn't just provide a top quality massage, but an entirely zen experience.

I booked in with Adele because I saw her account through Instagram and wanted to try her services out because her location is very convenient for me.I am so happy I did because from the first moment of entering her premises, it felt like a 5-star luxury day-spa. She catered to all my needs and more. Adele is a very considerate, talented super-star!I used the infrared sauna then hopped onto the treatment table. It was bliss! Adele is extremely talented and her ethics are gold-standard. From her room set-up, table set-up, props and oils she used, to her perfect pressure and seamless hands-on treatment - this is the place to be to treat yourself and let Adele take care of you.I will be going back regularly!
