What a lovely little shop. Friendly and helpful. Lots of selection and quality products. Parking is at the back so it makes it easy to pick up balloons. The costumes are fantastic. Local owners who obviously love what they are doing. Thank you for helping me with every little detail to make our party fabulous!!!

I attended a party this weekend that was kitted out by The Total Party Shop. The decorations and the costumes worn by the hosts were very high quality, and really made the party. My friend who hosted the party said the staff at the store were friendly and very efficient. I will definitely be using them or recommending them for any party in the future.

Michael did a delivery before work for my sister which was beautiful when ordering on phone he sent pictures of balloons and was so helpful nothing seemed to be a problem I can't speak highly enough of this business owner.

We received the best service! I ordered balloons for my sons 10th birthday and due to covid the shop closed early. I somehow missed this information so when I called, the man I spoke to said “no problem” and drove back to the shop to give us our balloons. So happy! My son LOVED them and it was an all round great experience.

They have an extensive balloon collection for all occasions and with the help and advice from the owner, I picked the perfect bouquet for my partners big birthday! I also loved the story of how the business was first established... Why don’t you ask next time you’re in?! Would highly recommend this family business!

Great service when ordering. Quite a high delivery fee and forgot the card. The surprise I had planned wasn’t a surprise due to not knowing who sent it. A little disappointing!
