We have had several successful planning outcomes with Nepean Planning Consultants. We used NPC for our new house build and had successful outcomes even after Council initially pushed back on our plans (including our front setback, our driveway entrance and tennis court plans). Luke Dowdle was very professional and was able to successfully convey to council why the plans were in accordance with the Planning Scheme which resulted in our plans going through and, more importantly, not having to alter our plans. As a lawyer, I found Luke's knowledge of the Planning Scheme incredibly thorough and the arguments that he raised in getting our plans through demonstrated this knowledge.
