Absolutely love R3. All the instructors are encouraging and happy to help you push yourself. An incredibly friendly atmosphere that makes you want to return. I had never done Pilates before and I am now 10 months in and totally addicted. I don’t think I would have gotten to where I am with out the support of Valerie, Terry, Emma and Gabby.

Love R3! I moved to this studio when I moved house two months ago and all the staff have been so welcoming and professional. Each workout targets a wide variety of muscle groups and leave you feeling strong. The studio is clean and modern and the classes are really well priced. Thanks R3!

R3 Reform (Reformer Pilates)
Had a class today with Valerie it was a recharge class which is more for stretching etc and great for a first class. i was a bit nervous as I recently injured myself but I took it easy and it was a lot of fun and a good laugh if you are just trying to work out how to use the machine (it may take a while to get use too) lol but she was lovely and I must say it has a lovely friendly atmosphere even from other people who participated in the class. Will definitely come back :)

R3 has been amazing for my fitness and health.R3 was my first time trying Pilates. My flexibility, strength and endurance are noticeably better after just 1 month of classes.If you're on the fence, try the intro offer and I'm sure you'll get hooked like I have.Easy 5 star review.

Love this place!! I’d never done Pilates before and all the instructors made me feel so welcome and confident. Small class sizes and the trainers always watch you and give you corrections to make sure you’re moving properly. They cater for all fitness levels, first timers to pros. Really well priced and everyone is heaps friendly! I’m a regular now!

This is fast becoming one of my favourite places! The studio is beautiful, great location and the instructors are very friendly and attentive. Class sizes are great and cater to a variety of levels (also perfect for adapting to days where you feel a bit stronger or need to take it down a notch). I love that the instructors each have their own style which adds excellent variety and makes classes interesting. Overall, a fantastic place to start your Pilates experience or add on to to if you already have a love of Pilates!

First time doing reformer. The team is very friendly, non judgemental, and very accommodating. I love the atmosphere and while the lessons are tough I really enjoy them. I highly recommend R3 to everyone.
