I went to PleasureSew for the first time very recently.Its staff are very pleasant, and the person who served me went well out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. They stock some really interesting items that I'd definitely be/have been unable to find at other sewing stores in the area, and their range of sewing machines is very impressive.

Really helpful staff that go out of their way. I bought a machine only 1 week into learning how to sew. I paid extra to also accommodate learning to embroider and quilt. I totally love my machine, I'm on it every spare moment that I have. Staff are really helpful to help me work out how much fabric I need for my projects and generally give me great advice. I LOVE buying my fabric there, I always manage to find fabric that I LOVE, not just what will do the job. Highly recommend these guys and the Janome 9900. If you can go the extra bit, it is so very worth it.

Walking into this store was so special. You don’t see stores like this anymore it was very heart warming. Even though it’s not a super big store it’s got a great rang of fabrics. The staff are so friendly and have so much great advice that was really helpful. They might not have heaps of different types of fabrics but loads of prints. Definitely recommend.

Excellent shop. Full to the brim with all sorts of sewing needs. Excellent customer service. Excellent sewing machine purchased with an excellent price. Highly recommended shop. Such honest and helpful staff. I felt at home straight away and I am just getting my L plates on sewing.Only down side tiny car park. So it's hit or miss if a park becomes available. And on an exceptionally busy road. So pick your times for spaces available and for heavy traffic.

If you want quality products, excellent service, excellent knowledge and experienced staff to help you with all your sewing needs then definitely go to Pleasure Sew! I LOVE my new machine and so appreciate the advice I received when i purchased and the after purchase help and advice too!! And love supporting local business rather than a big chain!
