When I needed my big tree in the backyard removed during school holiday, Bass was the only one who could arrange to meet up the next day, and further more had the work done on a date that suited me. Came across as courteous and a trustworthy bloke.They finished up the work neat and tidy, plus the adjoining school ground as well. Pretty happy with the work, more importantly the price was reasonable and to what I had budgeted for.

Bass and his team organised tree lopping for my dad's tree in the backyard that was causing an issue for his neighbours. From the moment we connected with them, I was blown away by the friendliness and ease with which they dealt with everything. My Dad thought they were fantastic, they came on time and left without fuss, they quoted within reason and were professional. They're a really wonderful bunch to deal with, I would highly recommend. I met Bass from AusArbor a few weeks back at a function I attended.Got to talking about work and was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism in the industry.I gave AusArbor a go at quoting works on site and what he recommended at doing.He was quick, on time, professional, provided pictures and a clear price which I found to be reasonable compared to the market prices I've received.I approved the job and within 2 days he was on site with a crew of 4 men, 2 trucks and a chipper.Massive job, 8am to 5pm it took, done exactly what I expected and what they committed to, plus a few extras that came up as he completed the job.They were safe, had signage and traffic control.Safety was paramount for everyone, not just AusArbor staff.All together over 12 trees were shaped and trimmed (30%) and another 6 large trees made a 1/3 of the size.He left the site clean and tidy, better than they found it.Even though they did extra and spent extra time with 4 men, they honored the quoted price with a smile.Best honest service I have had in a long time, was a breath of fresh air.Would definitely recommend AusArbor's services to anyone looking for tree and landscaping work and I will be recommending them to local agents and strata's moving forward.

The staff at Aus Arbor are beyond professional and courteous; from first contact and all the way through they have been polite and helpful.I know it sounds silly but, as a woman, I have had my fair share of Tradies who have tried to take me for a ride; this was not the case AT ALL with this company.There was a complication from the council with this job and Bass was responsive and worked with me to quickly find a resolution.The team that attended the property were fantastic and left the site in an impeccable state.I can not recommend them enough and I will be using them again in the future.

They provided a professional quote, completed the work the next day and cleaned up afterwards. They even trimmed a few extra branches without additional cost.
