I stayed here for almost a year. A great place to live if you will be studying at Monash University Clayton Campus. It is very close to the university, about 5 minutes walk to the campus. There is also great access to public transport all over Melbourne within walking distance. Grocery shops are located less than 10 minutes walk away as well. Furthermore if you have any problems the manager of the building is easily contactable and very helpful and the problem will be fixed immediately.

A fantastic accommodation for students around Clayton. Have been living here since 2020 and it's been a really good experience. A spacious room and Duy has been a fantastic manager who's very responsive.A great accommodation overall!

Fantastic accommodation for students.In the two years, I've lived at Monash Accommodation, I can say it was a really good experience from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable and the prices are affordable. Duy, the management, is always super helpful and very responsive.
