When I first met Dr John Bacalakis 13 years ago, I was so afraid of dentists that I had not been for years. He was so kind and professional that I ended up with a full 8 hour appointment having 16 crowns done in one day. I have never looked back. No more fillings. No more fear. The new premises are full of shiny and new sparkling equipment. You could not ask for more.Two years later, everything is still sparkling clean, and Dr John and all the staff are just as friendly and professional as ever.

I was very impressed with my first visit to River City Dental. The staff are very friendly and professional, clearly demonstrating their values of cutting edge technology, friendships for life and dedicated service. The surroundings were very comfortable and attractive, in a very convenient location with easy parking. Dr John is very experienced and seems committed to excellence, creating a very stress free experience that will have me looking forward to the next visit. I have improved my oral hygiene as a result of the visit and look forward to a trouble free future while under their excellent care. I really enjoyed the TV on the ceiling!

John, Cindy and the team at River City Dental are incredibly professional and make going to the dentist not a hassle. They understand that work circumstances change all the time, so there understanding and flexible attitude are a breathe of fresh air when rescheduling, moving things around in order for you to get in and get the required work done. Can not rate them high enough.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at the clinic. Dr John Bacalakis was very kind, gentle and proficient and same goes for his assistant. He took time to explain our dental issues and the treatment plans. The clinic was very clean and modern.

Dr John Bacalakis is a fantastic dentist. He is knowledgeable, kind, experienced, gentle and warm. He has a great habit of consistently checking in with the patient and ensuring that the patient is always aware of what he is doing while he works. Can’t recommend him enough. Loved my first visit with River city dental. It was my first check up in over eight years since the end of high school so I decided to take advantage of their offer for first time patients.What a bargain that deal turned out to be! Dr John Bacalakis and his staff treated me very well by making sure I was comfortable and providing me with the best service using state of the art equipment. I felt like I was in the hands of a well experienced dentist. Definitely will come back again.

John , has been my dentist for over 10 years. Those first few visits convinced me that he will be my dentist. He is very understanding , listens and replies in such a manner that just leaves confidence.He is gentle with his dental techniques and his application of injections nearly feels that it is done by stealth. My young children had a great experience with Dr John and the team at River City Dental. The clinic is clean, fresh and well-appointed and the girls loved being able to watch their favourite movie during their check up! John is really thorough, patient, encouraging and gentle. They each left with clean teeth and some individualised dental ‘homework’ which was great. Thanks Cindy and John!
