From the moment I placed my web inquiry with Nextrend until my table and chairs order arrived, I experienced exceptional service. I promptly received a quote, any questions I had were answered by Nextrends helpful sales team, and then upon placing my order I received my goods the very next day. I was shocked that my order wasn't placed on back order, as I have found happens with so many other furniture companies. From start to finish Nextrend were professional in all our needs with courteous service and a quick response in getting the necessary chairs and tables delivered on time. The product for both areas has been a hit with our members and we are very pleased with the final result.
