When i moved to werribee i needed to find a new boxing gym to go to i have now been going to A-Team for over a year and a half i would defiantly not look back im glad i came to A-Team Kim & Lou are such great people i wouldnt ever want to go anywhere else!

Absolutely amazing people and amazing coaches Kim and Louise Heta have a real passion for not only boxing but bringing the best out of those they train both physically and mentally!They have given me all the tools I need to live a healthy and active life.I strongly recommend A-Team boxing Yoga if your looking to turn your life around or advance your fitness to whole new level.

I've always hated gyms and exercise really until I found this one. For the first time in my life, I love exercising and look forward to going to the gym. To anybody who knows me irl this is a big change for me!!!! These guys provide a supportive, non-judgmental and seriously FUN environment to work out in. I have arthritis so that the coaches were experienced and could modify exercises around injuries but still get results was important to me.
