The moment you walk in the door and all the times after, you are greeted warmly and enthusiastically by the coaches and members. The coaches really focus on the members strengths and weaknesses to ensure that every member gets a quality and purposeful workout. I always leave Soul Rebel feeling better than when I walked in. The teamwork and camaraderie is like nowhere else.

LOVE this gym!!! The coaches know their business, are friendly and really care about your progression. The are all technique freaks which I mean in the best possible way as it translates into better skill development for us. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

great environment, excellent coaching, very technique orientated! constantly surrounded by awesome people with similar goals! they make the training fun, motivating and always challenging! The way the coaches go about running the gym and interacting with the members is second to none!
