SipForm

I couldn't recommend Sipform enough! We did a large house addition/extension as owner builders with them and they were absolutely FANTASTIC! Very easy to deal with, extremely responsive and organized and very fast.They also use a communication platform (buildertrend) that allows you to see exactly the status of your project. All the plans, documentation and communication emails are easily accessible from there.The SIP panels are easily and quicky put together, provide excellent insulation and even have a variety of finishes to choose from. We selected their weathertex finish for some internal walls as accent/decorative walls and it looks great!Despite our project being quite large and complex, it was finished in less than 2 months and we are thrilled with the results.We dealt with Jonathan, Francis and Simon and were very happy with the service provided from start to finish.

Terrible customer service. They never answered my emails, they said they will call me back and still waiting. Now looking for another company to work with.

Their SIPS panel system is a brilliant, easy, and efficient approach to meeting the modern demands of construction, and evolving the construction process into the 21st century.

I have done a number of house designs for Sipform, including renovations and new homes and have found them to deliver a great service. It is an innovative product that manages to deliver on both aesthetics, and energy efficiency; at a great price point. As a building designer, every home provides me with a great opportunity to provide a unique custom designed home.

The first time I experienced a Sipform structure was in winter in Margaret River (cold!). I was sitting on a pallet inside what would be the lounge room, and it occurred to me that even though the windows hadn't been installed and there was a gaping hole where the front door would later be, I was warm. I didn't understand how that worked, but the insulation is absolutely amazing. The shell of the house went up so quickly as well, which I'm not used to having only experienced brick houses previously.
