I purchased a shredder on a Sunday evening this week and on the Monday I got a courtesy call to advise the shredder I purchased was out of stock. The staff member was very professional and I was impressed but he then blew me out of the water by saying they woudl upgrade me to the next model at no extra charge so I didn't have to wait. I certainly did not expect this and I am super impressed. To top it off the shredder then arrived on the Tuesday. I can't fault Shredder Sales for their customer service, professinalism, keeping me up to date and their prompt delivery. Highly recomended.

I purchased a shredder yesterday (Sunday) and today received a call to advise the shredder was out of stock, but they would provide a free upgrade to the next model at no extra charge. It doesnt end there though, had a nice chat about the shredder and its functions even after the sale was already made. Super helpful and friendly customer service.Delivery tracking indicates it should arrive tomorrow (interstate) which is super quick!Can't fault these guys so far. I dont get impressed too easily, but i'm speechless by the customer service so far.
