good range of jeans and very helfpul staff. I got a great pair of rollas corduroy flares.

I went in looking for a very specific color style size and fit of jeans for part of a work uniform needed that day. I’m on the shorter side and didn’t have time to get my jeans hemmed before work yesterday so needed a cropped style of jean, in a light wash (work requirements), small size(24) and I wanted them to be flared and raw hem - I was definitely being picky on the style! Flick was absolutely amazing and I can’t thank her enough! When she couldn’t find the jeans on the floor even though the system said they had one pair left in my size, she searched high and low until she found that size/pair of jeans. I am in love with my new jeans, so buttery and soft and I never want to take them off! Will only be purchasing my jeans from this shop while living In Byron. Thanks flick! ❤️

The red head artist changed my life. It became more about friendship than denim. 10/10 salesperson and 10/10 woman overall. I hope she remembers me when she’s a hot-shot gallery owner. 10/10.

Today was a dissappointment at the Byron Bay store. I purchased 3 tops yesterday. One at full price for $99 - I found out on the same day that this top was on sale online for $39 via Rollas ( same company ownership). I went back to the shop to request for a refund or price match and neither was accepted. I was told they could only do a store credit or exchange. I tried to find an alternative option but they didn't stock my size. In addition, I'm from Sydney so a store credit is irrelevant. I don't understand this policy when even the online store allows refunds within 30 days. In addition, the 2 women working at the shop today were also unhelpful and made me feel like a burden in-store. This is very upsetting considering I've been a huge supporter of the brand Rollas and the Byron store for many years.

I went to Byron on a trip from WA. I was excited to see a denim service store as I am a big fan of Neuw denim. Sadly my excitement was met with disappointment when I walked through the shop front doors. I was greeted with stares rather then hello’s. Between the two people in the shop I still to this day don’t know who worked for the actual store. I’m hoping at least one of them wasn’t getting paid to have a conversation about their previous nights activities. Me and my partner walked the store and in that time not once were asked if we needed help or if we were searching for anything. I understand Byron is a relaxed town and people are very casual with customer service, but since when does a greeting and acknowledgement of someone’s presence get kicked to the curb? I hope this review is taken seriously and major training goes into customer service for that store as I can’t understand how any company/brand would want its products to be represented so poorly.

Can’t go wrong. Something for everyone. Reckon at least half my wardrobe is from Service Denim. They’ve got whatever you need, shorts, jeans, overalls, shirts, singlets, jumpers, their Rolla shorts and neuw jeans are probably my favourites and the neuw singlets in all the different colours!!Staff are epic, super welcoming and have always given me advice or help with whatever I need.

What a great experience I had here with Ellie and Flick, they made my transition from online to Instore shopping sooo good!Shop was presented so well and the girls were best, will definitely be back. Probably too much :)
