Dr Wright and her team honestly changed my life.I came to this clinic with severe pelvic pain and was previously advised by another gynaecologist to have surgery. Rather than jumping to the extreme option of surgery, Dr Wright and her team looked at the root cause of the pain and treated the issue at that root-cause level. I honestly cannot thank Vera enough, as my whole entire life has changed... well beyond my pelvic pain!!My gut issues have healed, my anxiety has improved substantially, and my pelvic pain has more or less gone! Most of all, I feel empowered and in control of my body once again. It would have been easy for Dr Wright to make a quick couple of grand from me by offering the surgical option, but she genuinely cares about finding the best treatment for her patients, looking at the whole of the patient.The staff are all so kind, caring and respectful and you feel really safe and secure in their beautiful facility tucked away in the serene Samford Valley (the drive is so relaxing!!). They also really put a lot of effort into the little touches, from the use of essential oils, to the relaxing music, and the empowering books at reception. I also noticed that the staff allow a significant amount of time for the consults, you never feel rushed and you feel genuinely cared for.I honestly couldn't recommend this clinic high enough. Highly recommend Vera Women's Wellness! Whilst being 100% professional the care and empathy they deliver is unlike any other experience I've had dealing with medical professionals; ALL of the staff (reception, nurses, doctors) are so kind and you genuinely feel that they care for you the minute you call to even book the appointment.I have struggled with anxiety and trauma in my life and both Dr Peta and Dr Alice have been so personable, caring and understanding towards mental health and also physical/alternative wellness. There is a doctor there for everyone wether you want a completely traditional medical approach or if you're interested in holistic care, they have you covered.Also the location and clinic itself is gorgeous, they offer beautiful teas, great reading material and an aesthetically pleasing/ relaxing room to wait in - it almost feels like a spa experience when you're waiting for your appointment to start :).I have no other affiliation with this practise other than being a really happy patient and I just had to review this clinic as it's been such a different experience vs any other I've had. 10/10

A caring and professional practice with a holistic approach to women’s health. Unlike other experiences I have had, attending Vera’s was like a breath of fresh air (literally! helps that it’s in the beautiful setting of Samford!). Dr Thea Bowler is caring and attentive and I would highly recommend for anyone with endo (and just in general!).

I had severe stomach pain for years. In and out of hospital, doctors never gave me a second look and told me my body is just growing. i knew something was wrong. my friend comes here, and i coincidentally went with her. i fell in love. the property is relaxing, everyone is friendly, and it looks so calming and gorgeous. I knew that’s here i was comfortable and made an appointment. First time someone sat down and listened. Thank you Dr. Bowler. Thea listened to the whole story, she was so respectful, compassionate, and i could definitely see she cared. We figured out the problem on day one. every single person that works there is absolutely amazing. the place repels anxiety. I think this is a real gem, it’s calming, empowering, and you will always feel cared for. The reception staff is also amazing! They’re so friendly, funny, and always want to help out. I had a wonderful experience! thank you!
