Lachy provides exactly the service that is/has been lacking from the major telco companies. On the very rare occasion we have a fault or issue, it's only one simply call/text/e-mail to Lachy & he's organised for it to be rectified.He always seems to be on hand to help, & has outstanding customer service. We have experienced internet connection problems for a very long time. After years of phone tech support getting us nowhereand living with the issue i decided to try Coffs Coast Technology Services. Lachie was able to visit us on the same day we rang and began trouble shooting. He was able to resolve the issue (once and for all) and all devices happily connect and hold that connection. Lachie was extremely easy to communicate with reassuring uswe had a real and solvable issue. I cannot thank Lachie enough for all his help, advice and assistance.
